Return Deadlines & Process

• Customers have 30 days from the purchase date to submit a return request.
• Once a return request has been approved, the customer must ship or drop off the return package within 15 days.
• The first return label for each order is free. If a customer submits additional return requests for the same order, a return shipping fee may apply and will be deducted from the refund.
• Refunds should be processed and issued within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Return Eligibility

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

• The item must be new, unused, and unworn.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• All original tags, labels, and hygiene seals/stickers must still be attached.
• Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Clothing that has been worn, washed, damaged, or is missing original tags or hygiene seals.
• Grocery and food products.
• Certain health and personal care products.
• Bodysuits, lingerie, and underwear.
• Swimwear.
• Jewelry and selected accessories.
• Beauty and cosmetic products.
• Event and party supplies.
• Pet supplies.
• Free promotional gifts.
• Customized or made-to-order products.
• Any item clearly marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.

Shopping Guidelines

• Read the complete product description before ordering.
• Review all available product photos.
• Verify specifications, sizes, colors, quantities, and condition.
• Contact the seller through NouvoPrix messaging if more information is needed before purchase.

Complete Payments Through NouvoPrix

• All purchases must be completed through the secure NouvoPrix checkout.
• Do not send money directly to sellers outside the platform.
• Never share sensitive financial information with another user.
• Transactions completed outside NouvoPrix may not qualify for marketplace support or buyer protection.

Communication and Privacy

• Communicate respectfully with sellers and other users.
• Do not use abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive language.
• Do not harass sellers, repeatedly send unwanted messages, misrepresent yourself, or provide false information.
• Use NouvoPrix messaging whenever possible and share only the information needed to complete an order.
• Do not request confidential personal or financial information from sellers.

Order Review, Returns, and Refunds

• Confirm that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.
• Monitor tracking information when available.
• Inspect the package promptly after delivery.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items within the timeframe stated in the Return Policy.
• Returned items should be sent back in their original condition whenever possible.
• Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and approved under NouvoPrix policies.

Prohibited Buyer Activities

• Attempting to complete purchases outside NouvoPrix.
• Using fraudulent payment methods.
• Filing false claims or fraudulent refund requests.
• Abusing the return or dispute process.
• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against sellers or other users.
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions.
• Manipulating reviews, ratings, transactions, or marketplace operations.
• Purchasing products with the intent to commit fraud or engage in illegal activity.

Listing Requirements

• Upload clear, recent, high-quality photos of the actual product being sold.
• Make sure photos accurately show the item's condition, color, and features.
• Do not use copyrighted images, misleading photos, excessive editing, watermarks, contact information, or promotional text unless you own the rights.
• Write complete and truthful titles and descriptions.
• Clearly disclose item condition, defects, missing parts, correct category, and accurate pricing.
• Do not create duplicate or spam listings for the same product unless each listing represents a separate item, quantity, condition, or variation.

Prohibited Products

• Illegal or stolen goods.
• Counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized branded products.
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, or dangerous materials.
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia.
• Tobacco, vaping products, or alcohol where prohibited by law.
• Recalled or unsafe products.
• Adult or sexually explicit products prohibited by applicable law.
• Live animals or endangered wildlife products.
• Government-issued identification, licenses, or official documents.
• Digital products, services, or items that violate intellectual property rights.
• Any product prohibited by federal, state, or local law.

Seller Conduct and Buyer Privacy

• Communicate professionally and respectfully with buyers and other users.
• Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, abuse, or mislead buyers.
• Do not manipulate ratings, reviews, or marketplace activity.
• Use NouvoPrix messaging whenever possible.
• Do not request sensitive personal information that is not required to complete an order.
• Use customer information only for order fulfillment.

Order Fulfillment, Payments, and Returns

• Ship orders within the stated processing time.
• Package products securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Provide accurate shipping information and tracking details when available.
• Keep inventory up to date to avoid cancellations.
• Sellers are responsible for applicable payment processing fees and marketplace transaction fees, which are deducted from seller payouts.
• Buyers pay only the product price, applicable sales tax, and shipping charges shown during checkout.
• Respond promptly to return requests and cooperate during the resolution process.

Enforcement and Appeals

• NouvoPrix may remove listings, issue warnings, limit marketplace features, suspend selling privileges, or terminate accounts for policy violations.
• NouvoPrix may report suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities when required by law.
• If a listing or account was restricted by mistake, sellers may contact NouvoPrix Customer Support and provide supporting documentation for review.
