Follow the simple steps below to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All listings, active chats, cart items, subscriptions, and profile information linked to your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Open the NouvoPrix mobile application on your Android or iOS device. Ensure you are signed in to the account you wish to delete.
Tap on the Profile or Account tab located in the bottom navigation menu.
Tap on the menu icon (side drawer) in the top-right corner of the profile screen.
Select the Settings option from the menu list inside the drawer.
Scroll to the bottom of the settings screen and click on the 'Delete Account' option.
A security confirmation modal will appear. Click the confirm/delete button to permanently delete your account.
